Key member of the Ori marketing team responsible for successfully developing and executing strategic marketing plans to deliver on our mission to create widespread access to lifesaving treatments.  Immediate focus on near-term product launches, growth-focused product marketing activities, as well as both internal and external corporate marketing programs.

The Marketing Manager will be directly responsible for successfully executing key launch elements as well as product and corporate marketing campaigns. They will be a resource with collaborative approach to both internal and external working relationships with Ori business development, technical operations, R&D, technology, quality, regulatory, and external vendor partner teams.  This role will also have the opportunity to gain exposure and engagement in areas such as product development, regulatory strategy, supply, business development and digital solutions as part of our manufacturing platform.

Location
Remote (based in London, UK or US based) with domestic and international travel requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Leads execution, project management and analysis of strategic launch and multi-channel product and corporate marketing campaigns
  • Leads conference program development and execution
  • Manages agency partners to deliver exceptional multi-channel campaigns on time and on budget
  • Maintains systematic vigilance around competitive environment
  • Maintains Ori Martech stack including:
    • Email Service Providers (ESP)
    • Digital analytics
    • Integration with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems
  • Supports close management of marketing budget
  • Supports process that ensures marketing programs and internal reports are consistent with corporate governance and all regulatory, legal, compliance, and ethical guidelines

Experience

  • 3-5 years marketing experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical/advanced therapies
  • Life Sciences industry/product acumen, previous cell therapy experience preferred
  • Marketing project management experience
  • Vendor management experience
  • Marketing tech system experience, including but not limited to:
    • Email marketing systems
    • Social platform management
    • Web analytics- including Google Analytics, SEO
  • Launch experience preferred

Qualifications

  • BS/BA in life sciences, marketing or business (MBA preferred)
  • Travel requirements-international and domestic 10%
