Project Manager – UK or US

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the team at Ori Biotech.  The successful candidate will have opportunity to be part of the team taking an industry changing product to market and establishing Ori as an authority in the Cell and Gene Therapy space.

• Responsible for ensuring successful delivery of customer projects within the agreed scope and realization of project benefits by managing the project initiation, kick off, execution and close out of partner / customer projects.
• Management of project timelines and deliverables, to ensure projects are on time and on budget.
• Responsible for working with internal commercial and financial stakeholders on timely customer invoicing and payments based on achievement of project deliverables.
• Responsible for driving internal and external alignment of project deliverables and scope, ensuring escalation of key decisions to drive projects forward. Support and collaborate with the relevant internal and external stakeholders throughout the customer journey to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Support strategic program and portfolio management of customer projects and collaborate with various stakeholders to manage project / programs pipelines for internal strategic planning.
• Support and drive the team with improvements for the company to ensure compliance with relevant standards and ensuring templates are maintained and available.
• Work with the wider project management team to plan and implement various strategic initiatives to ensure that there are effective and efficient internal business processes.

What would convince us:

• 3 – 5 years’ experience in customer facing project management roles, preferably in a similar organization with one of the following sets of experiences:
  • (CGT Technology Provider / Bioprocessing Devices / Biopharmaceutical / Cell and Gene therapy / Medical Devices / Contract Development and Manufacturing / Contract Research)
• Proven experience of successful delivery of multiple cross functional customer projects of various size or complexities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in designing, building, and implementing business or project management processes and metrics.
• Experience in strategic program / portfolio management roles and managing multiple stakeholders.

• Relevant degree in a Life Sciences Discipline (e.g. Biology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology etc.) is desired
