Hamza Patel and Ana-Maria Ionescu attended BioProcessing International 2024, part of Boston Biotech Week, to present a scientific poster with new data showcasing how IRO® can reduce CGT manufacturing costs and accelerate product development – with the potential to lower cost of goods (COGs) by up to 50%.
When tested against a control manufacturing process, IRO achieved: higher CAR-T cell yield and improved transduction efficiency, potent anti-tumor response and shorter processing times.
