Jian has over 25 years of leadership experience in the biopharma Technical Operations. She is currently President/COO of Metagenomi, a genetics medicines company.  Previously, she headed Global Manufacturing and Supply Chain at Kite Pharma where she led Yescarta® launch and manufacturing scale-out.
